Where can I buy products with QR Codes on them today?

If you would buy a product with a QR Code on it today you would have to go online and at the point of purchase you’d have to decide what you would like the Code to show when scanned. So for example, if you want your code to display a message or URL, then you would have to decide exactly which message or URL when buying. The company would then have to make a bespoke product for you like a mug or T-shirt and deliver it to you. The product you just bought would only display one thing, forever, unless you had another one made. The chain from purchase, production and distribution is therefore complex and slow.

CONSUMER:CONTROL will solve all those problems and is revolutionising the way QR Code products are sold.

What is CONSUMER:CONTROL?

Our CONSUMER:CONTROL feature (patent pending) is the only way you can preprint QR Codes on retail goods which the end consumer can personalize with their online content. For example, clothing, souvenirs and gifts can be connected to videos, music, Social Networking profiles etc.

How can I make my product interactive?

If you’re looking to sell products and gifts with QR Codes on them you can mass-produce for example 1000 mugs with QR Codes on them without even having to consider what they will be used for by the end-customer. When the consumer buys the product in the shop they will themselves take control of the code.

How can my customers control a QR code created by my company?

On the point of purchase the customer receives the product and SQUARE:CODE’s unique security feature will ensure that only the buyer can take control of the Code. The consumer scans the product with their mobile phone, register with their e-mail, password and adds the SQUARE:CODE security feature. The customer can now update the Code with anything they like. The process from purchase to customer registration is very quick.

Can I mass-produce a QR code that is blank?

Yes. When you create a SQUARE:CODE it will automatically be blank. You decide what content or information it should display when someone scans your SQUARE:CODE. Remember, you can change this any time you like.
